| The electric oven is designed to help you achieve perfect results when baking or grilling because you are able to control not only the heat but also the amount of elements directing the heat. Grilling is always best at high temperatures but certain fish, vegetables and delicate fruit require less intense heat than meats or firm fleshed fish. When baking pies you can direct more heat from the bottom elements to ensure that crusts are baked through and gentle heat from the top for even browning. This ability to control the amount of heat directed to your baked goods allows you to easily manipulate the heat in the oven for even cooking, if the food is browning to quickly on the top or bottom simply reduce the amount of elements being used or turn them off altogether. |
