Northern California Class Schedule

We invite you to sign up for one of our Culinary Classes to learn how to cook more with your fabulous Thermador, Bosch, Gaggenau or La Cornue appliances. Our Product Education Classes highlight the benefits of cooking with Convection but our cooking classes will help you develop a repertoire of recipes suitable for quick family meals and elegant dinner parties.

Cancellation Policy:
Classes cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. Classes cancelled earlier than 48 hours can be transferred to another class of your choice.

Classes are demonstration style & last approximately two hours. A generous serving of the food prepared is served together with beverages.

Class Instructors Include well known Bay Area Chefs and Culinary Personnel from the Purcell Murray Company.

The drawback of the warming comfort foods our bodies crave during the cold winter months is that they take much longer to cook so planning ahead is key. Once you master the basics of “kitchen choreography” you will find how easy it is to cook not one but several of these dishes at one time.

One of the best features of the Convection oven is that it enables you to cook an entire meal at one time in 30 – 40 minutes which gives you 30-40 minutes of free time plus a delicious meal with minimum preparation. Learn how to adapt recipes to take advantage of this great tool and the choreography to easily prepare these wonderful meals.

Kitchen Choreography for Spring Meals

Once you develop a repertoire of oven meals it is quite easy to transition your menus to take advantage of seasonal foods. Potpies and shepherds pie are a good example of a favorite comfort style food that can be easily adapted to use seasonal ingredients.
