La Cornue Cornu Fe – Cooking Tips Guide

Cornu Fe ranges may be classical in design but the cooking capabilities are perfectly suited to the demands of our modern lives. At first glance the ovens seem small especially when envisioning cooking a large turkey but because both ovens are Convection it’s actually very easy as you can see from this image. The turkey was 20lbs and took 2 hours to cook in Convection and there was room to cook a 9×13 casserole with stuffing underneath. I used the other oven to cook the corn pudding together with a medley of roasted root vegetables and some green beans with shallots and mushrooms.
